Request to Remove Zendesk Connection from Padoa Workspace

Hello guys! I need to remove the Zendesk connection from our workspace (padoa). The connection is visible in Knowledge > Connection Admin but there is no removal option. The Help agent tells me to post here to create a ticket. Best.
