Improving Knowledge Management in Companies Using Notion
Hello dear community, Quick question about Knowledge Management - especially for those in more established companies. Context: We’re using Dust internally ( +80% adoption 💪) for AI agents that tap into various data sources. Like many French startups, our main documentation hub is good old Notion The challenge: As AI democratizes and employees increasingly rely on chat interfaces (like Dust agents querying internal knowledge) instead of directly searching tools, we’re facing some governance issues. The problem: When employees leave and new ones join, newcomers don’t have the institutional knowledge to question whether AI outputs (and the underlying Notion data) are still accurate or outdated. My question: How do you currently handle Knowledge Management with Notion in your company? Especially around:
Content freshness & accuracy
Ownership & accountability
Ensuring reliable information for AI-powered tools
Thanks a lot 🙏
