HubSpot Bug: [get_object_properties] Missing Custom Properties Issue

Evening everyone, can someone help with this possible bug from HubSpot - "The [get_object_properties] tool is failing to return all custom properties for an object. It recently failed to return the [count_of_tickets] property on the Company object, which was confirmed to exist and be populated via screenshots. This forces a manual, inefficient workaround and undermines the agent's ability to discover available data."
