Yes, seems like a general issue, everyone seeing it.
It only happens for the first message of the conversation. So if you start with a dummy message, it'll work on the next one.

Thanks for the heads up, I shared with the team who will look into it. In the meantime, you can try adding the file in a folder and to plug it to an assistant with "search" tool 😊
