I've been trying to use Dust as much as possible directly inside Slack so my team can see its impact and adopt it in app.
I created a "Senior PM" agent to classify product tickets and estimate their cost.
However, every time I try to use it, I get the same error:
"An unexpected error occurred. Our team has been notified."
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
The Slack integration is configured in Dust's settings.
The Dust agent has been added to the ticket channel in Slack.
To trigger the agent, I send a message like @Dust +PM in the thread.
Am I missing something?
