will do! Do you know how long it takes for the private channels to show in Dust? I'm still only seeing public channels

Can you tell me what the other workspace is? I'm unsure what it means as I (hope) am the only one connecting it and it should be only on our Polar Analytics site

Issue Adding Dust Agent to Private Slack Channels and Slackbot Activation

Hey! I'm having an issue with Private Slack Channels. I'm unable to add a Dust Agent to them, as they don't appear in the slack channels list. Furthermore, I can't activate the slackbot and I recieve a message saying "Failed to Enable Slack Bot: Another Dust workspace has already enabled the slack bot for your Slack workspace." - We don't have another workspace connected Has anyone else encountered this issue?
