Fixing the action_not_found Error in Slack API Requests

We regularly have this error while doing request through slack or the API: 

ERROR: The agent attempted to run an invalid action (search_data_sources_1). This model error can be safely retried. (code: action_not_found)

When asking @help it suggest that this action is deprecated

    thanks Yohann Bosco 🙏 is there anything abnormal with the actions of the agent it is connected to? do you have any issues when using this agent in Dust web interface?

    in the UI it seems okay, no such errors
