Feedback on Using Version7.docx with Dust/Sharepoint Gateway

Hello Team. I'm giving you some feedback on using a Word file connected via the Dust/Sharepoint gateway. I have a single Word file called Version7.docx, the file updates well, I think automatically (every 5 minutes according to the documentation). But I notice that the update information is not displayed, look at the image.
