Exploring AI Solutions for Organizing Google Drive Client Contracts

perhaps others have solved this (or the use case), but wanted to share something i was trying to do and found a limitation. but i imagine its a use case many others will have. i was trying to have an agent scan my google drive for client contracts for data processing agreements. but i had not considered that a holistic cataloging of a drive is not what the agent or search tools were designed for. (as opposed semantic searching for relevance). i imagine itll be a use case many legal teams, client success teams, and others will have to "get organized" as one of their first use cases with ai. any thoughts on if this is something that can be done or worked on somewhere down the line?
