ππ Rate Assistants Answers
A new thumbs-up/down system replaces emoji reactions for more explicit feedback on assistant responses.
You can now add color to your ratings through a simple dialog to help builders improve assistants' performance. The feedback data is accessible in the workspace-usage API and coming soon to the UI.
β¨ Enhanced "Include" Tool
The 'Most recent data' tool has been renamed 'Include data'. The timeframe configuration is now optional (and disabled by default) to ease your use.
You can now include full documents in your assistantβs context window when they fit.
π Enhanced Extract Tool
The redesigned Extract tool takes better considers the conversation context to decide what data to extract and process a broader range of data points.
You can now use Extract to capture more comprehensive insights from your support tickets, sales meeting transcripts, or user research material to inform strategic decisions.
π¬ Use Private Slack Channels in Dust
You can now synchronize private Slack channels with Dust:
invite the Dust bot to your private channel;
admins will then see the channel in the Slack Connection, marked as private;
ask an admin to activate the sync of your channel and add it to your space(s).

π Improved Data Visualization
You can now download the processed data as CSV files for further use.
For added transparency, we've included a code inspection button in visualizations to help you understand how they work.
π¬ Zendesk Connection
Our native Zendesk integration syncs your help center's published articles, ticket histories, and brand knowledge bases with Dust.
You can now search across past support conversations to find relevant solutions, connect similar cases, and respond to support tickets with context from your existing tickets and support documentation.
The integration includes granular permissions per brand and category, with separate controls for the help center and ticket access from the last 180 days.

π Raycast Extension Update
You can now use an updated version of our official Raycast extension.
Notable upgrades are signing in with your Dust account β you don't need your workspace key anymore, listing your favorite assistants, and more!
