Issue with Microsoft connection. As you can see, same folder in Dust and Sharepoint, but only two files appear in Dust. I've unsync, resync, reauthorize, but nothing work.
I think this is expected, per https://docs.dust.tt/docs/microsoft-connection: "PDF indexing is activated on a case by case basis - contact the Dust team to know more". I had the same issue with a .csv on my Google drive, which Dust does not index, and which I asked Alban about at the Monday meetup. It would be nice if in the future there is a solution that doesn't involve contacting the team, which is not very scalable 😀
Indeed! The pdf indexing has to be activated - as in most workspaces, pdf adds more noise than anything else. Eddy BRUART Can you send a quick email to support@dust.tt to have it activated for your workspace? Thanks David Ebbo for jumping in 🙏
Thanks David Ebbo and Remi for the clarification. Indeed it'd be nice to have the ability to activate it in the settings. But I understand that it is maybe an expensive feature to implement as syncing costs certainly.
