Understanding Modjo Integration for Agent Transcripts

Hey Dust team 👋 I've set up an agent with Modjo integration to retrieve transcripts. I didn't understand how it works exactly. Will the agent return a text output by mail every time a Modjo call is completed?

    The connection will give your agent access to the transcripts (ex: to answer questions). You you want to process them to have them summarized for example, you need to go to the following screen and setup the Modjo integration. 😊

    Should be visible from here if beta feature is activated on your workspace. To activate it, you'll need to reach out to support@dust.tt 🙂

    Hey Remi! Thanks for the complete support ✨ So from now, I'm supposed to receive a mail for each transcript, depending on the instructions I gave to my agent, right ?

    If you set up the connection from the "Kwoledge" tab, then it will only retrieve the transcripts to answer. If setup from the "Beta" tab - then it will process the transcripts and send you an email 🙂
