Hello, In your documentation, you mention the following rate limit for API calls: "100 × number of users in the workspace messages per day." For example, if my workspace has 20 users, that would mean a limit of 2000 API calls per day. Could you clarify whether these API calls reduce the daily message limit for agent usage via your web interface, or are they counted separately? Thanks in advance for your clarification. Thank you !
Hi, on pro plans they do reduce the message limits - their's no difference between API calls and web messages. To have a difference you would need to switch to an enterprise plan 👍

The internal use of Dust is clear, but its application for related needs (Freshdesk, AI chatbot for our 4,000 consultants...) still needs to be clarified. 😉
