Troubleshooting Dust Integration with HubSpot Slackbot

I am trying to use Dust within slack to interact with our HubSpot slackbot, but for some reason Dust is unable to read the messages sent by the HubSpot slackbot. Any ideas?

Hey Nick Kuchinski (and thanks Greyg Sinigaglia de Malibran!) While we don't index app messages by default (can create a lot of noise), we just added the ability to whitelist a particular slackbot's messages for indexing. If you want to DM me the name of your hubspot slack app I can give it a try

Hi Gina, I just tried and I got the following message from Dust:
It appears that the latest thread you attached also contains no messages, just like the previous ones. Each attachment indicates that no messages were previously sent in the thread. If you have specific questions or topics you'd like assistance with, please provide more details, and I'll be glad to help!
