Inquiry About LLM Privacy Parameters and Data Use with DUST API

Hello I imagine that DUST is connected to LLMs via API, very well. I can see the model being used. I am looking to find out if there is a resource or a page somewhere that mentions the privacy parameters of each LLM through Dust, via the API. I want to know if the data I provide to the LLMs through Dust is recorded and/or used by the LLM for training, and if this data can end up elsewhere. Is there a page or a Dust resource that explains this? (I searched, but couldn't find it) Thank you.
