Troubleshooting Snowflake Connection Errors While Creating Connector

Hello, another day for another question I am trying to setup a Snowflake connection but get this error, we created a dedicated user and everything but “it fails creating the connector”

Hello Bruno Gillet 👋 Have you tried asking @help? It's connected to the doc and works well in many cases! Not sure if it is the case here though - I'll forward this to someone in the team but don't hesitate to try out with @help in the meantime 😊

Yes thanks but the help chat is just rephrasing this documentation : https://docs.dust.tt/docs/snowflake-connection that we followed The error message is very vague, it could be more specific telling if it is a cred or grant issue

Okay we fixed it :
Some Workspace ID was wrong on our side
The way to grant roles is a bit off for Dust, it requests a direct access to table and does not support Snowflake role hierarchy which is not the best practice but giving direct access works
