We’ve set up our public-facing documentation (running on Zendesk) as a website source (see screenshot).
As you can see, the source is updated daily.
However, the latest articles are not synchronised (this one for instance).
Any idea what should I try?

We investigated and tried to reproduce it on our side.
Several blockers:
The Zendesk help center isn't a website created with a tree but with views. Ie. When you click on the Digital Signage section, you see sub-sections, but when you click on a section (ie. integrations), the URL change:
Some pages are not Client Side Rendered so we can't read them.
Recommendation:
Our website Connection won't work, but since your Help Center is hosted on Zendesk, you can use our Zendesk Connection. All data should be indexed this way.
