Troubleshooting Zendesk Documentation Sync Issues on Microsoft Teams

Hi everyone! We’ve set up our public-facing documentation (running on Zendesk) as a website source (see screenshot). As you can see, the source is updated daily. However, the latest articles are not synchronised ( ). Any idea what should I try? Thank you :pray:

Hey, could you resync the URL but check "Only child pages of the provided URL" otherwise it escapes back up to the root 🙂

Hey, Ben Gauthier! We investigated and tried to reproduce it on our side. Several blockers:
The Zendesk help center isn't a website created with a tree but with views. Ie. When you click on the Digital Signage section, you see sub-sections, but when you click on a section (ie. integrations), the URL change:
digital signage (parent page) - https://support.comeen.com/hc/en-us/categories/5749520963741-Digital-Signage
Integrations (child page in the UI) - https://support.comeen.com/hc/en-us/sections/6678860180509--Integrations
The section parent page doesn't exist.
Some pages are not Client Side Rendered so we can't read them.
Recommendation: Our website Connection won't work, but since your Help Center is hosted on Zendesk, you can use our Zendesk Connection. All data should be indexed this way. Hope it helps!
