Trouble Using Dust's New Slack Feature for Thread Files

Hi There! Thank you for dust, it's awesome (and I love that it's french 🇲🇫 🍾 ;-) We are trying to use this new feature https://docs.dust.tt/changelog/slack-bot-now-includes-thread-files-in-conversations but I can't get dust to see files we share in slack threads... I tried removing and adding the dust app on slack but so far ... no success 😓

Is there some kind of specific / documented proceure to Existing workspaces must re-authorize the Slack connexion to enable this feature. ?

I uninstalled the app but... can't reinstall it from slack since it's not listed in the slack marketplace 😅 Had to reinstall it from dust.tt directly :

But ... same behaviour. When talking to dust in a thread asking him to parse a pdf or a pictures shared in the same message, it doesn't "see" anything else than the text message..

Romain Degez it's a known shortcoming. You need to share the file first in another message THEN ask the bot.
