We are using a Dust assistant in our Support team (via the Zendesk integration), connected to our sources of truth (Confluence, GitHub, etc.). Support agents paste tickets into the assistant and get answers.
The Zendesk integration doesn't automatically track usage, but we'd like to flag which tickets used the assistant and measure impact through Zendesk metrics (volume, first reply time, resolution time etc.)
Anyone done something similar? How are you tracking usage and impact?
