Troubleshooting Zapier Integration for Restricted Space Access Issues
Hi Dust team, I’m experiencing an issue with the Zapier integration when trying to add documents to a folder in a restricted space. Current setup: - Created a folder in a restricted space - Created an API key using an account that has access to this restricted space - Successfully configured the Zapier integration (works with folders in “Company Data” space) Issue: The Zapier integration works perfectly when targeting folders in the “Company Data” space, but fails to connect when trying to use folders in the restricted space, despite the API key being created by a user with full access to that space. I’ve verified that: - The folder name in Zapier matches exactly - The API key is valid and current - The user who created the API key has confirmed access to the restricted space Thank you for your help !
