Troubleshooting HR Bot: Notion Integration Issues with Dust

Hi Dust team 👋🏼, Yannis Oumsalem and I are working with Dust to create a Bot able to answer HR querries from people in our company. We connected several sources to our Dust account (and to the bot) to do so, mainly Google Drive and Notion. We are encountering an issue though, the bot only seems to search Google Drive files and ignores Notion ... where the information is the most up to date 😄 Have any of you encountered this kind of issue? The Notion pages seem well connected and we’re a bit lost in what to do.

    It does! Thanks Remi 👍🏻 Notion appears much more in my results now. Though it seems like there’s issues with Dust accessing some of the Notion pages (screenshot attached) Do you know what might cause this issue?

    I’m asking our HR bot questions about information that is only present in specific Notion pages. For exemple here I asked the bot “what do I need to do if i’m moving” and the bot didn’t answer with the specific information contained in the dedicated Notion page “I’m moving, what should I do?” which is that you need to contact the Admin team via email and attach proof of address.

    So what i think seeing the error is that dust does not have access to the content of this page “I’m moving, what should I do?” and others. Maybe its just a config issue. I wouldnt know
