Help Needed: Google Transcript Not Sending Emails in Workspace

Hello I have an issue with some of members in my workspace Google transcript enabled but they no longer receive emails (so, yes, he enabled the auth with google and enabled send emails and running aginst our privtate agent called @JuMeet; even he did the configuration again to reactivate with no luck) any help please?

    btw: it's working with other (i.e. it's working from my account) but not for my colleague (sandeep.moolayil@jumia.com)

    Hi Mahmoud - to confirm, are you receiving the google transcript emails but not the dust emails? Or are you not receiving any of them

    Hi Mahmoud Mubarak, did you recently change your google transcripts connection? Or did your colleague?

    Hello Alban Yes, he reactivated again as a trial to initiate/fix the connection with no luck
