Strategies for Team Adoption of Dust: Slack Workarounds & Use Cases
Hey! I will help one of my client to implement Dust. He thinks his team won’t use Dust on the website neither with the chrome extension. He wants the assistants in Slack because he thinks that’s the only way the team will use them. I know the user needs to have both Slack and Dust accounts with the same email address. (Am I right?) But, 29€/month/team member is too much for them (20 persons). So I’m stuck at this point... I’m wondering:

do you have example of team adoption of Dust outside Slack? Do team members use it well with the chrome extension? With the website?
