Troubleshooting Gdrive Gsheet Integration with Knowledge Base

Hello Remi, it's me again 👀 I connected my Gdrive on my knowledge base, and i can see the Gsheet well synchronized in my knowledge base. Yet I can't see/add my gsheet via a Query Tables as a tool for my agent Checked previous help message here/dustt documentation, but i c'ant manage to understand why it's not working! Would love a little help, thanks! 🙏

    Hi Pauline Guillonnet-Lopez! For Tables to be accessible by table query they have to have a pretty standard format of:

    • Header row

    • Columns & Rows

    Without empty spaces, other titles, so just a clear table. Just to test something, do you mind adding a tab to your sheet with a very basic table (like in the screenshot I shared), to see if it pops up

    Hi Pauline Guillonnet-Lopez the reason why you're not seeing it is because you haven't added any "Google Drive" data to Company Data yet. The data is properly syncrhonized in connection admin but now you want to select what you want tot make available to your workspace by adding it to Company Data (just go there in Knownedge and click "Add Data" and then select "Connected Data" 👍

    thanks! it worked, yet, just to let you/someone who would be reaidng, first the agent told me it couldn't have access/permissions Then asking me the direction of the file, he managed to find the file and have access to it
