Connecting Notion Databases: One-by-One or All at Once?

Hey! Quick question. When I connect several Notion database to an agent, is it better to connect one by one and explain what is inside each DB or can I connect all database at once? NB: I explain in the prompt what’s inside each BD and which one the agent should check first depending on the user request.

Thanks for your question ! It depends on what you want to do. Splitting into multiple tools means that it will search in one DB at a time, while if you put everything under one tool, it will search across all of them. I usually recommend to have all under one search tool and test to split if we see there is too much noise.
