Assistance Needed: Issues with Dust Account Login and Vanished Agents

Hi Dust team! 👋 I’ve run into a bit of a situation with my Dust account that I’d love some help with when possible (monday will be ok, though, as it’s Friday evening) Looks like I’m experiencing some account confusion: - Had to log back in a few minutes ago and was surprisingly greeted with a “new user onboarding form” (where I had to fill in my name, AI experience questions) - My avatar changed from my Mirakl picture to a green square with my initials - All my (precious 💍 precious) agents and conversations seem to have vanished I’m using my corporate email and it feels like the system might be treating me as a new user instead of recognizing my existing account. Again, no rush given it’s Friday evening (for me), but any guidance on how to recover my original account/workspace would be much appreciated! 🙏 Thanks! Update: When trying to recreate one of my vanished agents with its original name, I get a “This name is already taken” message. Looks like my agents might not be completely gone 🤔 ?

Hey Zack Boufeta! David, your IT Director enabled the SSO, you should see a screen from your Github OAuth flow prompting you to accept merging accounts. Could you try again, Go to dust.tt > add your email in the email field > tell us if you are prompted to merge your account.
