Troubleshooting Notion Connection Discrepancies in Internal Setup

I am fixing our internal connection to Notion that one of my teammates previously didn't set-up properly. It looks like it synced but there is a disceprancy in what/how the files show up when I click on "manage Notion" (2nd picture) and when I just try to browse them within the "Connected Data" screen (1st picture). Why is that so? How can I fix it?
