Issues Connecting to Client's Dust Workspace Setup

hey, I’m trying to set up a new Dust workspace for one of my client. She created it on her side, put the credit card details and connected Notion. Now, on my side, I’m trying to connect to her workspace with her details to set up the workspace. I put the email address, then the password. The next step ask me for a google email, I don’t understand why? Since we didn’t set up the connexion with Google, it doesn’t make sense. (So, I’m stuck at this step)

hmm.. have you checked you don't have an issue with upper or lower cases? If it says the email exists, then it's just that the password is wrong do you want me to reset the password?

hey Thibault, yes please, because I tried again 10min ago with “forget password” but my client doesn’t get any email

Tifany Clemenceau can you coordinate with Flavien on this? the code will expire, and I need him to be able to reset the password. This will be the most efficient thing to do

Flavien, my client did the process, she changed the password and gave it to me. When I try to connect, once again “wrong email or password”......

The issue is that their connected using their Google Account, so basically the password will never work here. You'll need their Google credentials if you want to use their account.

hey Flavien, I connected successfully using the google account of my client. But we need to disconnected Dust from the Google account as different persons will use it and we can’t go through the double autenticate every time
