Resetting Your Slack Integration to Display All Channels
Hello, I have a problem with my slack integration which only displays two channels. Is it possible to redo it from 0?

Also to confirm, by default Dust only indexes slack channels. If you would like to index private channels we can enable that as a feature for you

Hey Guy Houot! So I just enabled Private Slack channels on your workspace. To be able to add a private slack channel to Dust, you first have to invite the Dust slackbot to that channel. Once that's done, that channel becomes available to Index in Connection Admin
To confirm, do you still want me to delete your slack connection or is enabling private slack channels enough (Note that if I delete your slack connection, I will have to delete the 5 agents that are connected to it)?

I've looked at some public channels that aren't currently listed either. Is it possible to reset the connection + then authorise the closed channels on the new one?
To confirm, these channels are not listed when you go to Connection Admin -> Slack -> Manage Slack -> Select Channels ?
Between space company data and company data admin I confuse the two every time it turns out I've got the public ones now but not all the private ones, for example I'm not interested in team-acquisition.
Yes you need to first sync the channels in Connected Data and then add them to Company Data
If you want the private ones, you need to go to the private one in Slack and invite the dust slackbot by calling Dust
Once invited, go back to Connected Admin -> Slack -> Manage Slack and you should see it
