Fastest Way to Audit Dust Agent Responses in Customer Care

Hello ! I’m looking for the fastest way to be able to audit the responses given by our Dust agents. The use case: we’re using agents to provide customer care responses. Agent configured in Dust, provided via Slack to customers but also embedded in our app to provide responses directly in our app. However, we need to careful audit (and sometimes intervene), what was said, to further train the agent + make sure no errors are shared. With minimal effort, what would be the easiest way to do this? Is it available natively in the Dust app, or must we build something? thanks!

    Hi, the easiest way would be to have a middle layer that saves the conversation Id when received, so that you can then go on and retrieve all conversations 👍

    ok! with the conversation ID i can retrieve all the content of conversations by API?
