Issue with Dust Instance Access Despite Okta SAML Assignment

I invited a work colleague to our Dust instance - (we enforce SAML via okta) - he is assigned the app in Okta, but when he clicks the Dust chiclet, it directs him to sign up for trial. He clicks the email invitation line, clicks the button to confirm joining the team, and get redirected to the same subscription page:
