Zendesk Integration Issues: No Content in Specific Category on Dust

πŸ‘‹ Hello, team! I've been able to connect our zendesk account to Dust as a connected data. All seems fine, but when I open a specific category I see that there is no content (see screenshot) Any clue what could go wrong here?
