Connecting Dust Agent to Slack for User Feedback Insights
Hello, I’m trying to connect a Dust agent to Slack channels that collect user feedback. It’s doing a good job at extracting qualitative insights, but I’m running into a few limitations: • It’s not very effective with quantitative queries - for example, asking “Retrieve all feedback related to this feature since January 2025” only returns a limited number of messages (usually capped around 10-15), and doesn’t scale well to tabular extraction. • I’m unsure which Dust tool is best suited to combine qualitative insight extraction and quantitative listing (i.e., retrieving all raw messages within a specific timeframe). Should I be using Search, Include Data, Extract Data, or something else? Thanks in advance for your help!
