I think I've added too many scrollable websites in a very short space of time. 10 different newspapers.

The issue is due to some missing code to display the new error message we display when a website has more than 500 pages which is the max pages we sync. The fact you reported the console error with your bug report was super helpful 🙏

It means that we could not scrub the whole website because it is too big, the limit is set to 512 pages.

All I need is the content that has been posted on the site in the last 30 days. Is it possible to add this type of setting? Finally, is it possible to have folders to organise websites?

Depends on the website and how it's organized, is there a root page for latest data on your website? No, at the moment you cannot put websites inside folders.
