Hello, I can’t have my assistant access the data source I’ve linked it to. It’s linked to 7 types of sources but “declare” having access to only 1 file. How can I have it establish the path to its data sources? Thanks for your help!
I’ve listed all documents in the data sources and asked it to access to them
@midjourneyTraining there are other specific data sources or documents I want you to access:

Here’s the answer: I understand you want me to access specific documents and query tables listed in your request. However, based on the current setup, I only have access to the CSV file named "fetch_midjourney_training_parameters_and_controls" which is queryable.
It seems it just can access to the data in the query table. Do you know why?
I’ve re created an agent from scratch associated to the same data sources and it seems it has access this time:
@midjourney_training-2 what are the data sources you have access to?
Agent thoughts Using include_data_sources tools will help understand the full scope of available documentation for building the Midjourney training curriculum Let me check the Katarina docs for additional context about fashion-specific training materials Let me check for any specific design guidelines that may help structure the training curriculum Let me check if there are any specific transcripts from fashion-focused Midjourney training that could inform the curriculum structure Let me extract structured data about the training curriculum to help organize the content Let me analyze all this information to create a comprehensive response outlining the training curriculum
Hey Pierre Bernat, thanks for the update! Not 100% sure why the agent didn't access it the first time but glad it works now. You may be aware of this but small point of clarification:
Include Data - Forces files to always be included in the context window of the agent (you don't need to have as separate tools, it can all be in the same tool)
Search Data - Allows agent to dynamically search across a large dataset, pulling only chunks of info it might need based on semantic search
Not sure on the exact use-case here, but sometimes if using Include Data on too much data you may fill the context window of the agent. Glad it works again though
Ah reading more closely what you shared above I see you are trying to build an end-to-end outline so makes sense to have it read though the curriculum if it fits in the context window 👍
Thanks for your answer 👍 Indeed I need a constant reference to the curriculum of the course the agent is assisting me with. Although I have added more and more data in the sources so as you said, Include Data on too much data may have filled the context window of the agent.
