Request for ETA on Google Sheets Integration Feature

Happy Friday team 👋 , During your webinar 3 months ago, you said that you were working on a direct integration with Google Sheets, is there an ETA for this feature? Thanks a lot 🙂

Hello Yanis Bacetti 👋 Thanks for your question! There is Gsheet extension available in Beta: https://docs.dust.tt/docs/beta-google-spreadsheets. Let me know if you need help regarding the integration.

Is it planned to have an extension which does not need the App Script? 👀

Alban do you know if it's on the roadmap to have Dust on the extension store? You can also ask @help in Dust when you have a question regarding the product, it works pretty well 😊

Hi Remi and Alban the script works well indeed, thank you! I’m encountering 2 issues:
I’ve reached the limit as I’m running tests to make it work 😢
I’d prefer to use the formula (like I saw in your video Alban) than the sidebar menu, but can’t find it. Did you deactivated it?

Yes we have deactivated the formula because people were reaching their limits all the time (formulas are not cached by google unfortunately)

Hi everyone! Like Marine I prefer the formula haha. You removed it from the script. But is it possible to have another script that builds the formula? I've tried something but it didn't work 😞

Also, when I filter the table, all the rows where I called Dust get moved around. Not 100% sure it’s coming from Dust but I think anyway the formula would be more stable and wouldn’t break the data structure

Alban About reaching limits: it’s actually the opposite for me. I want to use my assistant only for a few filtered lines in my table, but with the sidebar, it calls the assistant for all the input cells range, even if hidden with my filter. Copy/pasting the formula would allow me to be more selective

I understand, but with the formula we have a lot of blocked workspaces because people were just running their assistants on thousands of lines a bit too easily so we had to deactivate it for now unfortunately :/
