Where is the New App Button on the Main Dashboard?

Hello, very simple question: I’m desperately looking for the New App button on what the @help names “the main dashboard”. Supposedly, the one I can reach by “clicking the Dust logo if I’m in another section”. I’m not seeing any Dust logo anywhere. In case you’re wondering, I’m logged in via my GitHub account. Thanks for your help!
