Integrating Dust with Gorgias for Automated Customer Service Solutions
Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm discovering the tool, which looks amazing. I'd like to start using Dust primarily to automate customer service. In that regard, crawling the website's documentation is a good first step, but a lot of key information isn’t reflected there. We're using Gorgias for customer service, and I would like the Dust agent to have access to human responses to specific questions in order to enrich its knowledge base. I’m not sure how to sync this with Dust. Would the only option be to upload each ticket/response via Make or n8n? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks for your help.
