Difficulty Cancelling Subscription: No Admin Interface Available

Hi, I have been trying to cancel my subscription but it is literally impossible. There is no Admin interface anywhere, for me to cancel

Under Admin (the hexagon icon) / Subscription, there is a 'Manage my subscription' button which takes you to Stripe where you can cancel.
