Issue with Google Drive Syncing for Knowledge Base Updates

Hello Dust team ! I'm having an issue with updating our knowledge base. I created a folder in my Google Drive containing around 50 PDFs (all under 1MB). All the other folders are syncing correctly, but this one hasn’t updated in 10 days, even though I’ve added several new documents. Do you know why? Thank you for your response 🙏

    Hello Rémi 👋 by default PDFs aren’t synced because in most workspaces, it added more noise than useful information. Can you send an email to support@dust.tt if you’d like to activate it for your workspace? Thanks!
