Troubleshooting Dust and Zapier Connection Issues

hello, I have issues connecting Dust to Zapier, I tried with 2 different keys but I keep getting an error 😕 I don't have any popup opening I have another Zapier account already connected working fine with the same key Could it be a problem on Zapier's side ? ty

Hello Thomas Lebegue 👋 Thanks for your question! This is strange.
Can you try again? Maybe Zapier was off for a time
Are you sure there is no typo?
Are you sure the API key is still "live" - Maybe can you try generating a new one in Dust?
Let me know if you manage to make it work!

Hi Remi, we retried several time with different keys and different users with no success. 😕 can you help ?

Thanks Thomas! Actually I think we don’t let you connect to two different Zapier accounts at the moment unfortunately.

Ok make sense, so if I remove one I should be able to connect the other ? Don't want to be blocked with no connexion at all

I think so - but can't guarantee 100% :s if it doesn't work still we'll have to close the loop with the eng team.

Hey Loic Jourdain, it finally fixed itself ~a week after disconnecting previous account... retest it regularly (try with both region depending on your server localization)
