Are you running an agent attached to a custom dust app?

Yes, I am. I was eventually able to resolve this error, though it's a bit unclear what exactly caused it. I checked and double-checked (and touched) the dataset, the app and the agent, and eventually the agent moved on.

Ok, yeah it sounds like the agent was trying to run a version of your dust app that didn't exist 🤔
