Improving Dust Bot's Source Citing in Slack Messages

πŸ‘‹ , sorry for spamming, last message for today πŸ‘€ but I have a question: Our customer care team can ask questions to our internal teams directly from an Intercom note on a dedicated Slack channel (it's a zapier action). I've enabled the Dust bot on Slack to reply first before someone from the team replies, it works great, but it does not always cite its sources at the bottom of its message (using Slack's special format), even though I've told it to. At the moment it cites the source at the end of the message, giving the page it used, but not necessarily the direct link to it (on the Dust's conversation, the source is not added). Is there any way I can make it do this all the time? Thanks very much πŸ™‚ Here are two screenshots as an example

Hey Yanis Bacetti From my experience:

    • Claude is not always pushing source comparing to GPT (to be confirmed by others) with Dust

    • A trick I do often is to add between a <do></do> balise β€œMake sure to extensively use the cite markdown directive to always cite your sources.”

Thanks Greyg Sinigaglia de Malibran! πŸ‘€ Will try that; I tried the agent with both Claude and GPT but it was similar, I'll try the do balise trick πŸ™‚
