Troubleshooting Dust Agent Error with Zapier Integration

Hey there, good morning! I've been testing my Dust agent with Zapier and Slack, but I just got an error message from Zapier (screenshot attached). I’m a bit confused because I already subscribed to a Dust plan, so I’m not sure what the issue is. If you have any insights, that would be super helpful—thanks! 😊

    Hi Nathan, we have a fair limit usage that limits to 100 messages per user in a workspace. So if you have 3 users in your workspace, you can send 300 messages a day combined. Looks like you hit that limit 🙂 Does that make sense?

    Or adding a user to your workspace will add 100 more messages

    Alban I didn't know there was a limit of uses per day and I have been using dust for almost a year now. Is that only for automation or is it also for messages through the dust tt chat interface ? I might have never reached this limit but I would like to know just in case.

    100 messages a day is usually plenty enough for normal usage so you might not have reached it indeed
