Troubleshooting Workspace Member Addition Issues in Dust

hi guys, anyone ever had issues with adding a new member (from another Dust Workspace) to your own workspace ? I'm working with a customer whom wanted to add me as a builder to their workspace, the invite keeps failing (see error message) and we don't know why, despite both being in the same country thanks for your help !

I think that 'region' here is not referring to where you are physically in, but to what Dust region your workspace is in, namely https://dust.tt (US) or https://eu.dust.tt (Europe). Could it be that you're not in the same one?

Hi Hélène Bonnet 👋 Correct David Ebbo,thanks for chiming in ! Indeed, if the user already has a profile on dust.tt, they cannot join a workspace on eu.dust.tt with the same identity. The workaround would be to use another email address
