Issues with Snowflake Connection: Error When Querying by Month/Year

·
·

PB with snowflake connection Hello everyone, We've been experiencing incomprehensible errors since yesterday in our interactions with Snowflake. For example: I ask for the number of rows in a table, the response is OK and the query is run without error. I ask for the number of rows in a table by month/year, the query returns an error:

Query uses tables that are not allowed: DTM_DEV.PNF_FLOA.PNF_RISQUE

We noticed that an incident was in progress on the connectors, but it has since ended and we are still experiencing the problem. Could you help us? Thank you.

Hi, can you tell us more about the error you're facing? Might just be the model outputting bad SQL

We just meet the error below. I removed the snowflake connexion and currently trying to create a new one but it freezes :

After 10 minutes, I receive this error message that I never encountered before: Failed to create Snowflake connection: Failed to create the connector.

Hi, that's very likely due to permission issues

make sure you follow exactly the permissions settings from the documentation 👍

We just succeed in building a new snowflake connexion this morning...without any action on permissions or whatever. I still don't understand what happened.
