Questioning Fair Rate Exceedance: Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Hi, Just got the attached message from Dust, but it seems very unlikely that we have exceeded the daily rate limit. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Suggestion 1 : being able to pin a conversation
Suggestion 2 : being able to create a team of specialized agents to make them work together

The idea would be to use an assistant to help on the review process, it would give warnings on best practices, internal naming conventions, coding conventions and suggests alternatives
