Not sure where to ask this question... so trying here ! I have a failed payment for our licences this month and don't understand why the amount asked is above what we should pay for our number of licences. Can someone from Dust help ?

I selected for the Modjo transcripts to be added to a folder automatically however the folder is still empty. I set it up end of last week. Can you help ?

Thanks for the quick answer. When I click on my profile, I don't have the meeting transcripts options. FYI I have Admin rights on Dust.
