Hello there, I have a stranged behavior on the “RAG” (expertbot) I configured. I provided a full space in confluence dedicated to HR/People (Global and local Policies, advantage, processes...etc). This space is accessible by all employees. The main idea was to build a FAQ bot. The strange behavior I have is that it seems that the bot cannot provide the name of the teammate. Exemple (see picture) It finds the right document where everything is explicitely stated but it does not provide the name of the person ? Is there some kind of Privacy/personal data/PII lock ? (I tried with Claude 3.5 and GPT 4o). Any idea ?

my bad it seems that I was a bit impatient (but the indicator still says “last sync 22h ago” while I remember is was saying “syncin” the first time

hey 🖐️ is there still an issue with Confluence? On my side I added spaces to sync but the sync did not start and the content for the new spaces is still empty. (it has been 10 min I can wait more). Is there a way to “force” the sync?
