yes the question is can anyone use this tool ? If I understand correctly, if we want to limit the risk of hubspot writing data in our crm without us knowing it , regular user need to have a "member" role. If so they can't use the tool without calling an agent that has been validated by a builder or an admin. Is it correct ?

Can you confirm or not if a tool can be use only inside of an agent ? Meaning in my e.g -> An admin can do this work to block some capacity of the hubspot tool inside an agent. And a regular user can only use this tool via the agent the admin has created

Yes that is great ! I tried it for a copy agent but the only restriction is the nb of calls per user, if we want to use it a full capacity
